Dance it out!

When was the last time you turned on a ballad and sang your heart out? How about the last time you put on a jazzy tune and moved sensually to the music? If it’s been more than a week, that’s too long.

Carve some time and space out for yourself to jam and to be jelly. Sensual movement, stretches, vigorous shaking, and dancing are good for not only your body but your soul.
